NAS Insurance Adds MEDEFENSE^™ Plus to Miscellaneous Medical Malpractice

NAS Insurance Services has enhanced its Miscellaneous Medical Malpractice insurance by adding an endorsement for MEDEFENSE^™ Plus with a $25,000 sublimit and an option to increase the sublimit up to $100,000. 

MEDEFENSE^™ Plus is a program that offers coverage for defense costs and civil fines and penalties for Billing Errors, RAC Audits, HIPAA, EMTALA and Stark proceedings for organizations delivering medical or medically-related services.
